This page describes what the site actually does, but it has not been through legal review and some sections are still marked TODO. It is not a substitute for advice, and it should not be relied on until that review has happened.
These terms apply to using this website. They do not govern any work we do for you — that is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement wins.
The text, design, and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not republish it as your own.
Anything on this site describing what we do is a description, not an offer or a warranty. Scope, price, and timelines are agreed in writing for each project.
In every engagement, the code we write for you is yours and lives in your repository, and infrastructure runs in your own cloud account. Those specifics are set out in the agreement, and the agreement is what is enforceable.
TODO(A.10.4): liability limits, warranty, indemnity, and termination belong here or in the agreement, and they need a lawyer. Do not ship a guess.
